GD4640 Composite Machine has integrated slant body with good chip discharging function. 12 station turret provides enough positions for tool and power drive tool. It has reinforced internal rib to enhance rigidity with Z-axis drive of 350mm. The internal part is made of a single and whole material, which ensures durability. The spindle is positioned close to the front of the machine, making it convenient for quick tool changes.The spindle indexing system uses a non- contact double feedback mechanism for indexing, which provides high resolution and fast response. The system combines with hydraulic locking, allows for high-speed rotation and high-speed indexing, resulting in good positioning accuracy.
