1. The machine head box and the bed, tailstock, pallet and other joint surfaces are manually scraped and polished, and the whole machine is tested which effectively guarantees the positioning accuracy of the Z axis and X axis, repeat positioning accuracy, reverse clearance and stability of the machine tool.

3. The machine tool spindle adopts high properties bearings, and the machine tool gears adopt precision grinding, which effectively improves the gear hardness and reduces the machine tool noise.
4. The machine tool, Z-axis ball screw, and X-axis ball screw adopts a tensile structure, which improves the accuracy of the outer circle and inner hole size of the workpiece.
The GSK980TB3i bus system is a high-performance CNC system developed by Guangzhou CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. The system adopts advanced control algorithms and high-speed processors to achieve high-speed and high-precision processing control. It supports multi-axis linkage control and can meet the processing requirements of complex parts. It has rich functions, such as tool radius compensation, tool length compensation, backlash compensation, pitch error compensation, etc. It also supports macro programming, graphic simulation, online processing and other functions, which are convenient for users to program and operate.
The standard configuration use manual chuck and tailstock that have the characteristics of simple structure, high flexibility, large clamping force, high precision, low cost, wide application range and easy operation.


The manual tailstock can be flexibly adjusted according to the processing needs. By rotating the handle, the tailstock sleeve can be moved forward and backward in the tailstock body to adjust the distance between the center and the workpiece. In addition, the tailstock can also move left and right on the lathe bed to accommodate workpieces of different lengths.
The 4-station electric tool holder can install 4 tools. Through electric control, the tools can be automatically changed and the tool change speed is fast, which improves the processing efficiency.
The machines come standard with the GSK980TB3i bus system, which features advanced control algorithms, high-speed processors, multi-axis linkage control, and multiple compensation functions for high-precision operations.
The primary differences lie in their machining capacities. Specifically, the maximum turning diameters over the bed are 400mm, 500mm, and 800mm respectively, and the spindle motor power scales from 5.5KW (CK6140) to 7.5KW (CK6150) and 11KW (CK6180).
The CK6140 and CK6150 models are configured with a three-claw manual chuck, whereas the larger CK6180 model is equipped with a four-claw manual chuck to accommodate larger workpieces.
High precision is achieved through manually scraped and polished joint surfaces (head box, bed, tailstock, pallet), high-properties spindle bearings, high-strength cast iron guide rails, and a tensile structure design for both the X-axis and Z-axis ball screws.
The 4-station electric tool post allows for the installation of up to 4 tools simultaneously. It supports automatic tool changes via electric control, which speeds up the tool-changing cycle and significantly improves overall processing efficiency.
