1. What is the payment Terms?

30% initial payment when order, 70% balance payment before shipment. When we receive the advance payment,we will start to make production. when the machine is ready, we will take pictures to you. after we got your balance payment we will send the machine to you.
2. When is the delivery time?

If the machine you will order is standard machine, the leading time can be within 20-30days. If some special machines will be some longer, it will be double check according to the configuration requirements of your order.
3. What is your trade terms?

FOB, CFR, CIF or others terms are all acceptable.
4. What is your minimum order quantity and warranty?

MOQ is one set, lathe warranty is one year and system warranty is three year.
5. What is the package of the machines?

The machines standard will be packed in wood case.
6. How to guarantee the precision

In order to guarantee the high precision, we use integrate bed, and imported accessories, such as ball screw rod, linear guide rail, automatic lubrication system, during the effective machining range, our machine can guarantee the error 0.01mm.
