Stable bed structure

2. Spindle and Clamping
Double Spindles Option: This series can be customized with double spindles; processing at the same time will yield greater processing efficiency.
Clamping Configurations: Clamping for X400, XG6132, and PG40 uses pneumatic clamping, while PG40B uses hydraulic clamping.
3. Tools
Row Tool Post Configuration: X400, PG40, PG40B standard configuration features a row tool post that installs the tools in a straight line. This design has a compact structure, takes up minimal space, and requires only moving tools to the specified position. This ensures fast tool change speeds and improves overall processing efficiency.
Tailstock & 4-Station Electric Tool Post: XG6132 is configured with a 4-station electric tool post and a manual tailstock.
The 4-station electric tool post is driven by an electric motor. Upon receiving the tool change command, the motor rotates forward, driving the worm to lift the upper tool body and transfer it to the specified tool position. Precise positioning and clamping complete the action.
The manual tailstock can be adjusted along the bed rail to the desired position to meet different workpiece requirements, supporting workpieces to ensure stability and accuracy during processing.
